There are many issues reported regarding low memory from Nokia Asha which has creating problems with other apps. Here is a solution for this type of error.
  

First you need to download MobiMB For removing builtin apps from Nokia Asha and then follow the steps.



  • Open the downloaded MobiMB.exe file and extract the files to a new folder on your PC.
  • Run the extracted Setup.exe file from this new folder.
  • Accept the license agreement for setup and leave the product activation fields blank.
  • Save the ‘MobiMB mobile media browser’ desktop shortcut and finish the setup.
  • Connect your phone to the PC via USB cable and run the MobiMB mobile media browser from the desktop.
  • Click on ‘Start MobiMB.
  • Click on: File > Settings.
  • Choose: Add a new connection > Cable connection > Nokia native USB phones > CA-101 cable (Micro USB).
  • Press OK.
  • Now you have your phone’s file system. View and add/remove files according to your needs.
  • Delete the Junk files in the Gallery, Games & Apps and Menu apps.
  • Some items may show ‘error’ when attempting to delete them – skip these and delete images, music, videos. Themes, wallpapers, tones, graphics etc. to make space.
  • You can safely delete all the pre-installed games and apps – delete the .jar or .jad files of apps that you do not need. Private file folders may not be removable.
  • You can delete bundled apps like Nokia xpress browser on your phone’s menu or main file system from MobiMB > C: > Menuapps.
  • If you are not aware of what the other files do, it’s better not to mess around those – accidentally deleting important files may cause your phone to crash.
  • After making necessary changes, close MobiMB  and disconnect your phone from the USB.
  • You can now use the cleared storage space in  your phones internal memory for personal data.
