Performing Factory Reset on Oppo Muse R821

Factory or Hard (Full) Reset:

It may be necessary to perform a reset if your device fails to respond when buttons are pressed or the screen is tapped.

Warning: 

This will erase all your personal information, any contacts stored on your device and any programs that have been installed. You should only perform a clean boot when all other options have failed to restore your device to an operational state.

Factory Reset Via Device Buttons:

1. Press the Volume Down + Power until the Recovery Mode letters appear in the lower left corner.
2. Quickly press the Power one (It will automatically enter recovery mode). 
3. Use Volume Down key and select (Wipe data / factory reset).
4. Press Power to agree.
5. Use Volume Down key to move goods (Yes - delete all user data).
6. Press the Power to agree.
7. Select Reboot system now and you wait for reboot.
