Performing Factory Reset on Mobiistar Prime 508

Factory or Hard (Full) Reset:

It may be necessary to perform a reset if your device fails to respond when buttons are pressed or the screen is tapped.

Warning: 

This will erase all your personal information, any contacts stored on your device and any programs that have been installed. You should only perform a clean boot when all other options have failed to restore your device to an operational state.

Factory Reset Via Device Buttons:

 First you shut off the phone.
- Press Volume Up + Power.
- Wait about 2-3 seconds then let go, it will appear logo Android 4.4.
- It will appear the regime Factory Mode.
- Use the Volume Down keys to select Clear eMMC line, press the Power to agree.
- Wait machine format is finished.
