Performing Factory Reset on Q-Mobile S5

Factory or Hard (Full) Reset:

It may be necessary to perform a reset if your device fails to respond when buttons are pressed or the screen is tapped.

Warning: 

This will erase all your personal information, any contacts stored on your device and any programs that have been installed. You should only perform a clean boot when all other options have failed to restore your device to an operational state.

Factory Reset Via Device Buttons:

- Turn off your mobile.
- Press Volume Down + Power.
- It would appear the screen with two lines:

 
+ Recovery Mode: Volume Up
+ Factory Mode: Volume Down

 
- At this point you select the Volume Up. It appears Recovery mode.
- You use the Volume Down key (-), select (Wipe data / factory reset), press Options (left Home key) to agree.
- Then use the Volume Down key (-) to move goods (Yes --- delete all user data), press Options to agree.
- Select Reboot system now and you wait for reboot, that's it.
