Performing Factory Reset on Lenovo A369i

Factory or Hard (Full) Reset:

It may be necessary to perform a reset if your device fails to respond when buttons are pressed or the screen is tapped.

Warning: 

This will erase all your personal information, any contacts stored on your device and any programs that have been installed. You should only perform a clean boot when all other options have failed to restore your device to an operational state.

Factory Reset Via Device Buttons:

- Turn off the phone.
- Press the Volume Up + Volume Down + Power.
- Wait until the Android logo appeard.
- Press the Power, It will appear Recovery mode.
- You use the Volume Down key, select (Wipe data / factory reset), press Volume Up to agree.
- Then use the Volume Down key to select (Yes - delete all user data), press the Volume Up to agree.
- Select Reboot system now and wait for reboot.
