Hard Reset Through Phone Settings
- Your mobile should be switched on.
- Tap on Settings from the Main Menu.
- Tap on Backup & reset > Factory Data Reset > Reset Phone.
- Select Erase Everything if you want to clear all your data and select OK to confirm.
- Done.

- Switched off your phone.
- Press and hold Volume Up + Volume Down for 2-3 seconds and press Power Key for short a while and then release all keys.
- Choose Recovery option by scrolling with Volume Down and confirm with Power Key.
- Press and hold Volume Up just after you see the Android logo and then press Power key to see the Menu option.
- Select the "Wipe data / Factory reset" by using the Volume Down and Power Key to confirm.
- Choose "Yes--delete all user data" by using the Volume Down and Power Key to confirm.
- Select "reboot system now" to restart the phone.
- That's it.
