- If you have an external memory in your Celkon Q455, you must remove it to avoid losing your important data, since the process of hard reset will erase all content in its path.
- As the internal memory can not be removed, I suggest you make a complete backup of your important files, because the hard reset will delete all data types or existing files.
- Before starting make sure you have the device charged up to 70%.
Hard Reset Through Phone Settings
- Your mobile should be switched on.
- Go to Home and Tap on Settings.
- Tap on Backup & reset > Factory Data Reset > Reset Phone.
- Select Erase Everything if you want to clear all your data.
- Done.
Hard Reset Through Phone Buttons
- Switched off your phone.
- Press and hold Volume Up + Power key for a couple of seconds.
- Release held keys when an Android logo is appeared.
- Press Home button for a short while to enter the Recovery Mode menu.
- Select the "Wipe data / Factory reset" by using the Volume Down and press the Volume Up to confirm.
- Choose "Yes--delete all user data". Use Volume Down to scroll and Volume Up button to select.
- Select "reboot system now" to restart the phone.
