How to Reset Samsung Galaxy Young S6310

Many times our Samsung Galaxy Young S6310 can present problems or conflicts in your operating system. For such a situation, it is best to apply a hard reset or enter the application menu to restore factory settings.

The first thing you need to do is perform a full backup of our important data hosted on the internal memory of our cell and also need to verify that the physical buttons as "Volume Up", "Home" and "Power" work properly because of them we will use to access the Reset menu and and finally, we must have the device charged up to 80%.

STEPS TO RESET:

  • We turn off the device.
  • With the device turned off at the same time we press and hold the buttons "Up the Volume", "Home" and "Power" until the Samsung logo appears.
  • Within seconds the Reset menu appears.
  • Within the Reset menu button down with Volume least until the "Wipe data / Factory reset" and pressed to confirm Power.
  • On the next screen we are in the "Yes - Delete all user data" option and pressed to confirm Power.
  • The hard reset process will start and we should see the message "Wiping Data".
  • After a few seconds the hard reset process ends and we will display the Reset menu. Here we select the "Reboot System Now" option and pressed Power to confirm.
  • After this last step, the device will reboot and you'll be done to unlock the Samsung Galaxy Young S6310.
