Performing Factory Reset on Aluratek Libre PRO

Factory or Hard (Full) Reset:

It may be necessary to perform a reset if your device fails to respond when buttons are pressed or the screen is tapped.


Warning: 
This will erase all your personal information, any contacts stored on your device and any programs that have been installed. You should only perform a clean boot when all other options have failed to restore your device to an operational state.


Factory Reset : 

To enter the diagnostics screen:
  1. Reset the device. (Use a paperclip to press the button in the hole on the back)
  2. Then hold down three buttons: "on/off" "zoom" and "menu".
  3. When you see the Logo screen let go of "on.off".
  4. Keep holding the "zoom" and "menu" keys until you see a 16 item screen.
It's tricky, so it may take a couple of tries.
