Performing Factory Reset on ZTE U V970m


Factory or Hard (Full) Reset:

It may be necessary to perform a reset if your device fails to respond when buttons are pressed or the screen is tapped.


Warning: 
This will erase all your personal information, any contacts stored on your device and any programs that have been installed. You should only perform a clean boot when all other options have failed to restore your device to an operational state.


Factory Reset Via Device Buttons:

- Turn off the phone.
- Press the Volume Up + Power.
- The machine will appear the Android exclamation mark.
- Now click Home to Recovery menu.
- Use the Volume Down key, select (Wipe data / factory reset), press Options (left houses the Home key) to agree.
- Then use the Volume Down key to move goods (Yes - delete all user data), press Options to agree.
- Select Reboot system now and you wait for reboot, that's it.
