How to Hard Reset Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 G7102

Many times our Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 G7102 can present problems or conflicts in your operating system. For such a situation, it is best to apply a hard reset or enter the application menu to restore factory settings. 

The first thing you need to do is perform a full backup of our important data hosted on the internal memory of our cell and also need to verify that the physical buttons as "Volume Up", "Home" and "Power" work properly because of them we will use to access the Reset menu and and finally, we must have the device charged up to 80%.
 
STEPS TO HARD RESET:

  • Turn off the phone.
  • Press the Volume Up + Power.
  • Wait when the Samsung logo screen pops up, you let go. The machine will automatically into Recovery mode.
  • Use the Volume Down key, select (Wipe data / factory reset), press Power to agree.
  • Then use the Volume Down key to move goods (Yes - delete all user data), press the Power to agree.
  • Select Reboot system now and you wait for reboot, that's it.
