How to Hard Reset HTC Desire 816G

Many times our HTC Desire 816G can present problems or conflicts in your operating system. For such a situation, it is best to apply a hard reset or enter the application menu to restore factory settings. 

The first thing you need to do is perform a full backup of our important data hosted on the internal memory of our cell and also need to verify that the physical buttons as "Volume Up", "Home" and "Power" work properly because of them we will use to access the Reset menu and and finally, we must have the device charged up to 80%.
 
STEPS TO HARD RESET (Through Phone Buttons):

  • Turn off the phone.
  • Press the Volume Down + Power.
  • Wait for the Android screen appears with an exclamation point, Drop the 2 key and press the Power button to appear Recovery Mode.
  • Use the Volume Down key, select (Wipe data / factory reset), press Volume Up to agree.
  • Then use the Volume Down key to move goods (Yes - delete all user data), press the Volume Up to agree.
  • Select Reboot system now and you wait for reboot.
