Factory or Hard (Full) Reset:


It may be necessary to perform a factory reset if your device fails to respond when buttons are pressed or the screen is tapped.

Important Instructions:

  • If you have an external memory in your device, you must remove it to avoid losing your important data, since the process of hard reset will erase all content in its path.
  • As the internal memory can not be removed, I suggest you make a complete backup of your important files, because the hard reset will delete all data types or existing files.
  • Beofore starting make sure you have the device charged up to 70%

Hard Resetting Through Phone Settings:
  1. Your mobile should be switched on.
  2. Go to Settings from the main Menu.
  3. Tap on Accounts > Backup > Backup & Reset.
  4. Scroll Down and tap on Factory Data Reset.
  5. Now choose appropriate option for the reset your device. 
Hard Resetting Through Phone Buttons:
  • Turn Off your device.
  • Press and hold Volume Down + Power button together for a few seconds.
  • Release the buttons when you see a Recovery Mode on your screen.
  • Choose "wipe data/factory reset" from the menu by scrolling with Voume buttons and confirm by Power button.
  • Waiting few time then factory reset would be done
  • At the end select "reboot system now" to complete the whole operation.
  • That's it.
Warning: 

This will erase all your personal information, any contacts stored on your device and any programs that have been installed. You should only perform a clean boot when all other options have failed to restore your device to an operational state.
