Steps to perform hard reset through mobile Keys and Settings,steps to enter in recovery mode, wipe data and factory reset.

Important Instructions:
  • If you have an external memory in your device, you must remove it to avoid losing your important data, since the process of hard reset will erase all content in its path.
  • As the internal memory can not be removed, I suggest you make a complete backup of your important files, because the hard reset will delete all data types or existing files.
  • Before starting make sure you have the device charged up to 70%.
Hard Reset Method 1

  • Switched off your phone.
  • Press and hold Volume Down + Power button.
  • Tap and hold the Menu key if the light of LED on the bottom is switched on.
  • Release only Power Key when felt the vibration.
  • Before the LG Logo disappeared, Release all keys.
  • Your phone will be reboot with factory settings.
Hard Reset Method 2

  • Switched off your phone.
  • Press and hold Volume Up + Volume Down + Home button + Power button for a couple of seconds.
  • Release Power Key when the phone vibrates.
  • When the LG Logo is appeared, release all keys.
  • Now you will see the Android Logo, and after this your phone will be restart.
Warning:
This will erase all your personal information, any contacts stored on your device and any programs that have been installed. You should only perform a clean boot when all other options have failed to restore your device to an operational state.
