Steps to perform hard reset through mobile Keys and Settings,steps to enter in recovery mode, wipe data and factory reset.

Important Instructions:
  • If you have an external memory in your device, you must remove it to avoid losing your important data, since the process of hard reset will erase all content in its path.
  • As the internal memory can not be removed, I suggest you make a complete backup of your important files, because the hard reset will delete all data types or existing files.
  • Before starting make sure you have the device charged up to 70%.
Hard Reset Through Phone Settings
  • Your mobile should be switched on.
  • Go to Windows Phone Settings.
  • Select About and then tap Reset your phone.
  • It may take a while to finish the hard reset.
Hard Reset Through Phone Buttons

  • Switched off your phone.
  • Press and hold Volume Down + Power keys until you feel a vibration.
  • When you feel the vibration, immediately press and hold the Volume down button until you see a large exclamation mark.
  • Then press the following sequence of buttons:
Volume Up - > Volume Down - > Power - > Volume Down
  • The hard reset has just been performed.
  • That's it.
Warning:
This will erase all your personal information, any contacts stored on your device and any programs that have been installed. You should only perform a clean boot when all other options have failed to restore your device to an operational state.
