Important Instructions:
  • If you have an external memory in your device, you must remove it to avoid losing your important data, since the process of hard reset will erase all content in its path.
  • As the internal memory can not be removed, I suggest you make a complete backup of your important files, because the hard reset will delete all data types or existing files.
  • Before starting make sure you have the device charged up to 70%.

  • Select Erase Everything if you want to clear all your data then select OK to confirm.

  • Switched off your device.
  • Press and hold Volume Up + Power button for a few seconds
  • Release only Power Key after about 5 seconds.
  • Release Volume Key when you see Android Logo.
  • Now press Volume Up for short a while to enter in Recovery Mode.
  • Choose wipe data/factory reset by scrolling with Volume Key and confirm by pressing Power Key.
  • Select Yes--delete all user data by scrolling with Volume Key and confirm by pressing Power Key.
  • At the end select reboot system now.
  • That's it.
Warning:
This will erase all your personal information, any contacts stored on your device and any programs that have been installed. You should only perform a clean boot when all other options have failed to restore your device to an operational state.
