Steps to perform hard reset Oppo Neo 7 through mobile Keys and Settings,steps to enter in recovery mode, wipe data and factory reset.


Important Instructions:
  • If you have an external memory in your Oppo Neo 7, you must remove it to avoid losing your important data, since the process of hard reset will erase all content in its path.
  • As the internal memory can not be removed, I suggest you make a complete backup of your important files, because the hard reset will delete all data types or existing files.
  • Before starting make sure you have the device charged up to 70%.
Hard Reset Oppo Neo 7 Through Phone Settings
  • Your mobile should be switched on.
  • Tap on Settings from the Main Menu.
  • Tap on Backup and Reset > Factory Data Reset > Reset Phone.
  • Select Erase Everything if you want to clear all your data.
  • Done.
Hard Reset Oppo Neo 7 Through Phone Keys

  • Switched off your phone.
  • Press and hold Volume Down+ Power Key together for few seconds.
  • Release the keys when Oppo Logo is appeared on screen.
  • Choose the Language you want by scrolling with Volume Key and select with Power Key.
  • Now select Wipe data and cache twice.
  • Select YES to confirm the whole operation.
  • At the end select reboot to restart your phone.
  • That's it.
Warning:
This will erase all your personal information, any contacts stored on your device and any programs that have been installed. You should only perform a clean boot when all other options have failed to restore your device to an operational state.
