Important Instructions:
  • If you have an external memory in your LG Zero H650E, you must remove it to avoid losing your important data, since the process of hard reset will erase all content in its path.
  • As the internal memory can not be removed, I suggest you make a complete backup of your important files, because the hard reset will delete all data types or existing files.
  • Before starting make sure you have the device charged up to 70%.

  • Your mobile should be switched on.
  • Go to Settings and select General.
  • Tap on Factory Data Reset > Reset Phone.
  • Select Erase Everything if you want to clear all your data.
  • Select OK to confirm the whole operation.
  • Done.

  • Switched off your phone.
  • Press and hold Volume Down + Power Key together for few seconds.
  • Release only Power Key when the LG logo is appeared and keep pressing Volume Down and then press again Power Key.
  • Release all keys when the Factory Mode appeared on screen.
  • Choose YES by pressing Power Key and scrolling with Volume Key.
  • Hold down Power button to enter in Recovery Mode.
  • Choose wipe data/factory reset by scrolling with Volume Key and confirm by pressing Power Key.
  • Select Yes by scrolling with Volume Key and confirm by pressing Power Key.
  • At the end select reboot system now.
  • That's it.
Warning:
This will erase all your personal information, any contacts stored on your device and any programs that have been installed. You should only perform a clean boot when all other options have failed to restore your device to an operational state.
